Please complete the application form and email it to us at copyright@hillsong.com so we can consider your request.

The form can be opened and edited in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please answer all questions completely as this information will be used to process your licence, and we will need the answers to all these questions before we can issue a royalty quote or any licence. To complete this process, please do the following:

1. Please save a copy of the PDF to your desktop.

2. Open the PDF using Adobe Reader.

3. Type your details into the PDF and click the "Save As" within the File menu. Please replace the copy of the file on your desktop with the version that is now open.

4. Please email the PDF with the information saved within it back to us as an attachment so that we can process your application.

We would like to kindly advise you that this is an application only and it does not constitute a licence, authority to record or duplicate Hillsong music, nor any legally binding relationship between Hillsong Publishing and your organisation.

Once we have received your application and it is approved, it will take approximately one week for you to receive your licence or quote via email. We will notify you at once if your application is declined for any reason, or if we need more information from you.

With regard to translations, we are in the process of making sure there are not numerous translations of the same song, but just one very good one in each language. Only Hillsong Publishing authorised versions may be recorded. There are authorised translations in over 40 languages. Please include a complete list of the Hillsong Church songs you would like to record on your licence application, and we will advise which songs already have authorised translations. We will provide you with the authorised lyrics of any songs we licence.
